Your Responsibilities:

 

The successful applicant will provide nursing care to a diverse range of patients on our Ward areas.  You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high standards of effective clinical care to meet the needs of patients and their families.  You will liaise with consultants, nursing, therapy, medical staff and other disciplines to ensure continuity of care.  Meanwhile you will monitor and maintain a safe, clean and therapeutic environment for patients, staff and visitors. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records.

What we're looking for:

• Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and regulation
• Experience working on Wards and/or HDU
• Evidence of post registration continual professional development
