Love the cake but trying to lose weight?
Well I have the solution right here.
All you have to do is think outside the box.
My Fit camp is much more than just rocking up and working out.
We do this of course but we also get our guys to do mini challenges too.
The last one was a huge success.
Our very own bake off.
The rules where simple, no butter, no sugar, no flour.
Our budz had great fun researching the ingredients and designing their very own slice of heaven.
Honestly the finished cakes where delicious and everyone agreed on this but we had used avocado for good fats, dates and honey for sugar, coconut flour instead of flour and real fruit.
At the same time as having fun I got the guys to think about the foods they are eating.
You certainly still can have cake and lose weight.
Here is my recipe for walnut chocolate brownies.
1 sweet potato softened and mashed
1 small avocado
2 whole eggs
¼ cup of honey
2tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/3 raw coco powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup of chocolate chips
¼ cup chopped walnuts
Blend all ingredients except nuts and chocolate chips into a smooth batter.
Fold in nuts and chocolate chips into the batter and spoon into 12 muffin cases.
Bake for 15-20 mins in an oven set at 180
Cool, eat and let me know what you think.
