If you drive at twice the legal alcohol limit you are at least 30 times more likely to cause a crash than a driver who hasn’t been drinking. Any amount of alcohol affects your ability to drive.
There is no foolproof way of drinking alcohol and staying under the limit or of knowing how much an individual person can drink and still drive safely.

* Never drive even if there is a slim chance that you are still under the influence. That means medicinal and illegal drugs as well as alcohol
*Never drink if you’re driving early the next morning.
* Take responsibility for others. Never buy an alcoholic drink for someone who is driving.
